Vacation in the Sunshine State

Time for that much needed vacation with a small thought about a possible move. From the top of Florida to the bottom of the Keys there is something to do. Of course the number one thing is the beach and this Peninsular is of course surrounded by the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. There is also too many to count small attractions throughout the state. As you travel south take time to visit the Travel Centers located on most of the major Highways and Turnpike. Most of these attractions are usually near the travel center you are located. If you are feeling lost anyone in the center will get you back on track. Some of the brochures are at all the centers so pay attention. The one great thing is that some of these attractions are free beautiful and relaxing, like the The Orchid gardens, Butterfly gardens and many more.
The other larger attractions will vary in price and the choice is yours. Orlando of course is the home of Disney, Sea World, and several more. There are a few that is more adult oriented and then you have many family parks to chose from. The best fun you will have is driving the the bottom of the keys. There are spots where you can swim with Dolphins, and then there are roadside Tikki Bars which serve many of the frozen drinks that helped put the keys on the map. Be careful and have a designated Driver.
At the very bottom of the Keys, what is called The very South End, they have a small circus type celebration at sundown which is breathtaking. The entertainment is free although they have jugs for tips for those who want to donate.
Now that you have experienced Florida thoughts of there are more real. Location is important but the one subject you have to tackle is the fact that you will most likely not be able to purchase cheap homeowners insurance in Florida . If you are not buying be sure to check out renters insurance because hurricanes are not picky about what building to do damage.
